Selling: How do I get started selling items?
You can schedule a free consultation through our website or by phone. We’ll evaluate your items and explain the best sales strategy—auction, estate sale, or consignment.
Selling: Do you pick up items?
Yes, we offer pickup services for larger items or full estates. Local pickups are scheduled by appointment.
Selling: What fees or commissions do you charge?
Commission rates vary based on the item and service selected. We’re transparent and will discuss all fees up front during your consultation.
Selling: How soon will I get paid after my item sells?
Payment is typically issued 7–14 business days after the close of an auction or sale.
Buying: How do I register to bid in an auction?
You can register online via our auction platform, APRO.bid. Once registered, you’ll receive updates on upcoming sales.
Buying: Do you offer shipping?
Yes. Shipping is available on most auction items unless noted otherwise. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Buying: Is there in-person bidding?
Currently, all auctions are online-only, but we have plans to offer live in-person bidding in the near future.
